“ Took a walk from Marriott Waterfront to try this place, it was worth the walk. Food comes out piping hot! Food was good, I had a waffle, chicken tenders with fries. Service was friendly. Would recommend. Tenders were cooked perfectly. ”

“ Ordered it for the first time. It's very expensive for a waffle and chicken coating minimum $13 and upwards. Only a waffle is $8 which is ridiculous. However the fried chicken is very flavorful and not too try. It's definitely delicious. Waffle was equally good well made. If not the high price I would definitely recommend trying it out. ”

“ Everything about this cheese steak sub was good. The steak was not over cooked or under cooked. It was seasoned just right. Xtra fried onions the bread tasted freshly baked. This sub was not very expensive, which is why I guess it wasn't what you would call overstuffed, but for the price the portion was appropriate. All in all I enjoyed the meal. The next time I'll ask for a double meat cheese steak sub. My son and I had a very good experience here. ( Get the cheese steak sub , but definitely go for the double meat. ”

I watched that man take orders, cook, and serve all by hisself and the wait wasn't long at all. Bravo to that man. The atmosphere could have been a little better. The use of a good de-greaser would work miracles. ”

“ Connie’s Chicken and Waffles offers some seriously delicious food that will make you want to come back for more. I had the waffle and shrimp, and it was a fantastic combination—the shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the waffle was fluffy and delightful. Together, they created a mouthwatering dish that’s hard to beat! However, I did encounter a bit of a hiccup with the service. It took a solid 35 minutes for my food to arrive, which felt like an eternity, especially when you can hear your stomach grumbling in anticipation. I noticed the lady before me was getting pretty impatient, and I think she even asked for a refund due to the wait. While I understand that good food takes time, it would have been great to get a bit of communication or a heads-up about the delay. That said, once my food finally arrived, all was forgiven—because it was absolutely worth the wait. I’ll definitely be back, but I might bring a snack for the wait next time! ”

“ Best chicken waffle I have had in a while. The chicken tenders are really buttery. Great customer service too. My family and I enjoyed every bit of it. A bit pricey but would recommend 10/10. ”
